I have been a loan officer since January 1998. I have developed a wealth of knowledge of loan programs to fit each of my client's needs. Realtors know that when I pre-approve a client they know they will close. My determination and follow through is what sets me apart from my competitors.
My success comes as no surprise to those who know me well. Going the extra mile is standard for me: I have made reliability my promise and integrity my trademark. My commitment to putting the interests of my clients at the forefront of every transaction has earned me a loyal base of customer support as well as a strong foundation of referral business within the real estate and financial services communities.
I credit my success to the fact that me and my staff are of the best professionals in our industry. We have developed a system of teamwork based on honesty, accessibility, attention to detail and extensive knowledge of every facet of the mortgage loan process. My clients know that me and my team will tailor a loan program to meet their specific needs in the most efficient and expedient manner possible. With more than 3 decades (that's over 30 years) of lending experience between us, me and my staff are committed to making each client a "Raving Fan."
I served as the 2008-2009 President of the Utah Association of Mortgage Brokers (UAMB) for the Salt Lake Chapter. I served on the State Board for the Utah Association of Mortgage Brokers (UAMB) as the education chair from 2009–2010. I volunteer my time to serve the mortgage industry to make it a better industry for all. I have also served as an affiliate member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors in which I served on the RPAC and the Technology committees. I have served as the state delegate in my precinct 2004–2007 and again 2009–2013 and 2017-2020. I have six wonderful children and three bonus children with 8 grandchildren.
