Clark was extremely easy to work with and made what I thought would be a boring process really enjoyable. He was with my wife and I every step of the way to shed light and clarify when needed. He's obviously been doing this a long time yet he treated us like we were his favorite clients. The ribs he BBQ'd were a perfect finishing touch to an overall five-star experience. Would HIGHLY recommend!
